What we look for
We are looking for entrepreneurial, ambitious, SMEs with untapped potential, still run by their original founders and stakeholders and who wish to take their company to the next level. By the “next level” this may include a broad range of needs such as:
- More investment capital needed to achieve quantum growth
- Founders or other shareholders looking for full or partial an exit from the business
- Structural challenges are hindering growth opportunities
- Business is underperforming
We are particularly interested in buying and or investing in businesses with this profile :
- No more than 4 private shareholders
- Highly motivated to Sell, Grow, Turnaround, secure Investment or to do much better
- Companies that align to our principles and values
- Businesses with untapped potential
- £2m – £60m annual business turnover or at least £250K ebit/net profit.
- 5-10+ years of trading history
- We will consider smaller companies (and those that are distressed) where we can see potential synergies within our existing portfolio, however, our litmus test is usually £1m revenue as a minimum.
